Yin Yoga It is a gentle practice that works deep into the tissues of the body. Each posture is held between 3-5 minutes .Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Through the 75 minutes sequence which becomes a moving-breathing-meditation, the practioner will quiet the thinking mind, wake up the feeling body, and become less attached, less judgemental, and more accepting and tolerent of him/herself and the world.
