The
Casa Vigneto is a villa situated on the right side of the entrance to the villa punta San Nicola a Favignana. It is a rent property composed of 2 double bedrooms, each with a complete bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a crystal and iron loft.
First bedroom: on the ground floor of the house there is a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a dining table for 6 people, second floor: the cast iron winding staircase, which is constructed with old press releases from the 1800’s, leads up to the loft to the other double bed.
Second bedroom: double bedroom with private complete bathroom.
The kitchen faces an area shaded by a large sail where there is a ficus tree, under which is a table with a crystal surface on top of an old olive tree root. The stone stairs lead to the terrace, with a view of the countryside and the castle, and has a large crystal table with benches. In the typical Favignana hypogeal garden, there is a shaded table with benches, a barbecue, a sink, and a shower.
The property is accessible through the
local monumental cemetery square right next to the
"Grotta Del Pozzo" museum.

- The stay at the villa must be for a minimum of 7 days (Saturday to Saturday)
- The house will be available to Guests from H15:00 on Saturday, and must be vacated by H10:00 am the following Saturday.
- The arrival at the villa is provided between H15:00 and H19:00.
